This brick production project is held in Mongolia.

The Machine Model: JKY120-4.0 

Double Stage Vacuum Extruder, 

Clay strand cutting machine,

Single strand cutting machine,

3.8 meter intelligent robot stacking machine.  

3-4 month Production Lead time. 

Transformer: 1000KW

Our company completed a new project in Henan province, China. The complete project investment is about 11 million Yuan. The project has been completed within half year. Total workers need about 12 peoples.

This project could produce about 18,000 pieces of bricks( 240x115), one piece weight is about 1.9 KG.  

Rotary Klin Layout:

The cross-section of the kiln is 6.8 meters, while the process diagram shows 7 meters. The outline shape of the kiln is the same as the firing process.
