Rotary Kiln Brick Production Line Project

This brick production project is held in Hebei Province.

The Machine Model: JKY150S-4.0 

Double Stage Vacuum Extruder, 

Clay strand cutting machine,

Single strand cutting machine,

3.8 meter intelligent robot stacking machine.  

3 month Production Lead time. 

Transformer: 1200KW

Our company completed a new project in Hebei province, China. The complete project investment is about 12 million Yuan. The project has been completed within half year. Total workers need about 15 peoples. 

The project could produce about 20,000 pieces per hour(240x115mm), 2KG per piece.

Rotary Klin Layout:

The cross-section of the kiln is 6.8 meters, while the process diagram shows 7 meters. The outline shape of the kiln is the same as the firing process.
